- Each photo can only be entered once, the same photo cannot be entered in multiple months' competitions. SoSoCreative™ shall determine winner eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by SoSoCreative™ are final.
- For any photo entry you verify that you are the creator and sole of owner of the image. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary releases from the individuals depicted. Entrants must not submit images that infringe on the rights of any other photographer or person.
